Personal Data and other information collected by us may be transferred to or accessed by entities within the partner companies’ corporate group worldwide in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Section 7 – Automatic Collection of Personal Data

When you visit the store, it may store or retrieve information in your browser, mainly in the form of cookies (text files containing small amounts of information). This information may be about you, your preferences, or your device and is primarily used to make the store work as you expect. The information does not usually identify you directly, but it can provide a more personalized web experience.

In accordance with this Privacy Policy and with your consent, we and our third-party service providers may collect your Personal Data in various ways, including:

  1. Through your browser or device: certain information is collected by most browsers or automatically by internet-access devices, such as computer type, screen resolution, operating system name and version, device model and manufacturer, language, and internet browser type and version. We may use this information to ensure the store functions properly.
  2. Use of cookies: information about your use of the store may be collected by third parties via cookies. Cookies are information stored directly on the computer you use. They allow the collection of information such as browser type, time spent in the store, pages visited, language preferences, and other anonymous traffic data. We and our providers use this information for security protection, to facilitate navigation, display information more efficiently, personalize your experience, and for online tracking. We also collect statistical information about store usage to continually improve design and functionality, understand how the store is used, and help troubleshoot issues. If you do not want information collected via cookies, most browsers offer a simple procedure to automatically reject cookies or to accept/reject specific cookies from a given site. However, this may impact your experience in the store. Your choices may affect browsing and any features that require cookies. We are not responsible for consequences arising from limited store functionality caused by disabling cookies on your device (inability to set or read a cookie).
  3. Use of pixel tags and similar technologies: pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used to track user actions in the store (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns, collect statistics on store usage and response rates, and for other purposes. We may engage behavioral advertising companies to obtain reports about ads related to the store across the internet. For this, these companies use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our store and third-party sites. We are not responsible for pixel tags, cookies, and similar technologies used by third parties.

Section 8 – Categories of Cookies

Cookies used in our store comply with legal requirements and fall into the following categories:

  1. Strictly necessary: enable secure navigation and essential features (e.g., security cookies that authenticate users, protect your data, and prevent fraudulent logins).
  2. Performance: collect encoded and anonymous information related to our store, such as visitors to a specific page, traffic sources, and pages accessed. Data is used only to improve the site and measure communication effectiveness.
  3. Functionality: remember user preference settings to improve your visit (e.g., layout settings or responses to promotional pop-ups and sign-ups), avoiding repeated prompts.
  4. Advertising: used to create segmented campaigns and deliver ads according to your profile in our store.

Section 9 – User Rights

You may request at any time: (i) confirmation that your Personal Data is being processed; (ii) access to your Personal Data; (iii) correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data; (iv) anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data; (v) portability of Personal Data to another service provider, provided our trade secrets are preserved; (vi) deletion of Personal Data processed with your consent, as permitted by law; (vii) information about entities with whom your Personal Data has been shared; (viii) information about the possibility of withholding consent and the consequences of refusal; and (ix) withdrawal of consent. Note that in certain cases (e.g., due to legal requirements), your request may not be immediately fulfilled, and we may be unable to comply due to legal obligations.

Section 10 – Security of Personal Data

We seek to adopt technical and organizational measures required by Data Protection Laws to protect Personal Data within our organization. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you think the security of any of your accounts has been compromised), please notify us immediately.

Section 11 – Hyperlinks to Other Sites and Social Networks

The store may, from time to time, contain hyperlinks that redirect you to websites belonging to our partners, advertisers, and suppliers. If you click any of these links, remember that each site has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for those policies. Review those policies before submitting any Personal Data to such sites.

We are not responsible for the data collection, use, and disclosure policies and practices (including data protection practices) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, or any other software developer or application provider, social media platform, operating system provider, wireless internet service provider, or device manufacturer, including any Personal Data you disclose to other organizations through applications, related to such applications, or published on our social media pages. We recommend that you review each visited site’s or service provider’s privacy policy.

Section 12 – Updates to This Privacy Policy

If we modify our Privacy Policy, we will publish the new text in the store with the updated revision date. We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. If there is a material change to the terms, we may inform you through the contact details in our database or via a notice in our store.

We remain committed not to process your Personal Data in a manner incompatible with the purposes described above, unless otherwise required by law or court order.

Your continued use of the store after changes means you accept the revised Privacy Policy. If, after reading the revised version, you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue access to the store.

Section 13 – Data Protection Officer

If you wish to exercise any of the rights set out in this Privacy Policy and/or under Data Protection Laws, including withdrawing your consent, or if you have any questions regarding the Processing of your Personal Data, please contact us at [email protected].
