This exchange and return policy has been in effect since September 2022.

 

If you are not satisfied with a product or regret your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order at your address.

Conditions for Exchanges:

To request an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use, in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.

How to Request an Exchange:

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and reason for the exchange. You will then receive our instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions for Returns (Regret of Purchase):

If you regret your purchase, you may also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt.

How to Request a Return (Regret of Purchase):

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at checkout. No additional costs will be charged.

Products with Manufacturing Defects:

In accordance with Brazilian consumer protection law, if an item has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

How to Request a Return for Defective Products:

Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, order number, and details of the defect (description with photos or videos). Your case will be reviewed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected at checkout. No additional costs will be charged.

How to Return Products:

In accordance with Consumer Rights regulations, shipping costs for returns due to regret of purchase or defective products will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.

You will receive a shipping authorization code by email after requesting an exchange or return, and you must post the goods at a Correios branch. Packaging costs are not covered, so we recommend reusing the original box (if undamaged) or using suitable packaging to ensure product safety during transport.
